Winter Olympics 2018 Opening Ceremony is not even two-days away. Athletes from 92 countries and sports lovers from around the world have already gathered in PyeongChang, South Korea. Olympics has always a different charm among all sports events. It brings that festive feel in every part of the world. 2018 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony Schedule and Venue
The venue for 2018 Olympics is - PyeongChang Olympic Stadium and the opening ceremony will start at 20:00 KST (UTC+9). With a seating capacity close to 35, 000, there won't be any sports event in this Olympic stadium and will only be used to host the Opening and Closing Ceremony.
Parade of Nations
As per the Olympic custom, the Greek team will lead the Parade of Nations and all the other participating countries will follow in alphabetical order in the Korean language. It would be interesting to see host South Korea and North Korea walking the parade as one team under the Korean Unification Flag.

Opening Ceremony
With the South Korean National anthem and Olympic Hymn, Winter Olympics 2018 Opening Ceremony will begin. The ceremony will be hosted by Katie Couric and Mike Tirico and a cast of 2000 members will spread the ceremony's message led by five kids from the Gangwon province. Among the mascots for the Winter Olympics - Bandabi and Soohorang, Ha Hyun-woo, Jeon in-kwon, Ahn Ji-young, and Hyolyn will perform in the ceremony. The PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Torch Relay theme song - "LetEveryone Shine..." will be sung by Insooni.
